    My experience after so very many trips to Eretz Yisroel --- That unless the restaurant has an owner present that is shomer Torah and a mashgiach t'midi they are not reliable. The chain hotels are definitely NOT reliable even with a mashgiach t'midi - perhaps only for dairy. It is no better in the USA.
