Oy! These anti-Semites! The letter from the Health Dept closed with a dire warning that businesses operating in violation of the Executive Order are liable to be punished with a fine of up to $1,000 per violation per day along with other civil penalties and closure, and may be denied permits to operate in future seasons.

“Overnight children’s programs are considered non-essential businesses,” Bartos wrote. “Executive Order 202.8 requires all non-essential businesses to reduce their in-person workforce by 100%. Accordingly, the prohibition against overnight children’s camps applies even if the camp alters its operations to offer programs of less than 72 consecutive hours.”

The notification from the Department of Health is understood to forewarn the camps not to seek any loopholes in the closure of overnight camps, and to preclude them from altering their program in order to continue operation under the guise of an alternate type of business.

The Department of Health letter references that many overnight camps have been applying for permits to operate Temporary Residences, which are considered essential services and are thus allowed to operate under the executive order.

Nevertheless, it goes on to warn that these types of businesses are still subject to restrictions, and must adhere to guidelines pertaining to social distancing, use of face coverings, food service, swimming pool use and gathering size limitations contingent on the phase of reopening of the region in which the camp is located.

“The responsible party must develop a written Safety Plan outlining how its workplace will prevent the spread of COVID-19,” the letter informed the operators.

Besides for the Safety Plan, Mr. Bartos reminded the Temporary Residence operators that all children staying overnight at their facility must be accompanied by a parent or guardian, and the operator may not accept responsibility for overnight supervision of a child. In addition, meals served at the facility are restricted and prohibit congregate meal service, i.e. eating together in one gathering. The letter instructed that “individuals seated at the same table must be members of the same party (but may be from different households), with a maximum of 10 people per table.”

The letter from the Health Dept closed with a dire warning that businesses operating in violation of the Executive Order are liable to be punished with a fine of up to $1,000 per violation per day along with other civil penalties and closure, and may be denied permits to operate in future seasons.

Russian roulette (Russian: русская рулетка, russkaya ruletka) is a lethal game of chance in which a player places a single round in a revolver, spins the cylinder, places the muzzle against their head, and pulls the trigger in hopes that the loaded chamber doesn't align with the primer percussion mechanism and the barrel, causing the weapon to discharge. Russian refers to the supposed country of origin, and roulette to the element of risk-taking and the spinning of the revolver's cylinder, which is reminiscent of a spinning roulette wheel.

The deadly game is commonly associated with six-shot revolvers. If such is the case, mathematically, the average number of consecutive pulls of the trigger before the gun discharges is 3.5. After a single spin, the probability of it firing is 1/6, followed by 1/5 on the second pull, 1/4 on the 3rd pull and so on, until if it failed to fire 5 times, the probability is 1/1(=1) on the final pull. [1] If the cylinder is re-spun after each trigger pull, the probability of firing remains 1 in 6 on each occasion, and the probability of it having fired after 6 pulls is , or about 66.5%.

Will the real Rabbi Dr. Aaron Glatt please stand up!

Fresser Frischman wrote in his statement to the Court that almost 2 months ago, Glatt signed off on the Agudah's "bubble" fraud that they borrowed from fanatical Notzrim!

If Frischman is not lying about that, Glatt was obviously pressured to go along with it and he folded like a cheap camera, copped out to do what's easy instead of standing up for principal. He knows not kowtowing to the "establishment" would incite an attack fun der alleh zeiten: Fressers / Satmar / Chabadskers. And then his recent behavior will now be understood to be a huge disappointment, how he's been beating around the bush, not being forthcoming to the public.

But if Frischman is lying then Glatt must be moyche that they are putting words in his mouth!

  2. Fressers in Shock11:16 PM, June 25, 2020

Pinny Lipschutz's Matzav.com posted the State Health Dept warning letter to Catskills camps to NOT dare attempt to illegally open.

The bunch of yenta batlonim always typing away inane comments on Matzav are stunned, have not posted a single comment for 6 hours, after having rode the Philly magic carpet where they were euphoric in feifing on Cuomo. That carpet with all the Fresser mutineers on it just came crashing down to the ground.

  3. Camp Romimu owner & Agudah Fresser to the hilt, Shlomo Pfeiffer, who was the biggest mechutzef of them all in the camp soap opera must be eating crow.

The Pfeiffers are one big extended Yekkishe Fresser family. There are multiple Shlomo Pfeiffers. I think the camp ferd is the one in Far Rockaway.

    https://www.ic.gc.ca/eic/site/bsf-osb.nsf/eng/br03176.html

One of his cousins or uncles in Montreal who is also named Shlomo Pfeiffer pulled a million dollar fraud for which he received a 2 year conditional sentence. The Fresser Fraudster Shlomo in Montreal goes by the legal name Sidney Hyman Pfeiffer.

The reckless, greedy idiots of all stripes have been huddling the whole time, comparing notes, conspiring how they think they're going to hoodwink everyone into paying to sending their children to the camps.

The Philly-controlled Agudah, much of the Chassidishe velt led by Satmar, Lubavs, Peleg, and indications of even possibly a small group of Modern Orthodox anti-vaxxer nuts.

Hecht from Chabad took Frischman's list of supposed expert medical backers & pasted it on his Camp Emunah website.

What are all the camp owner shvitzers going to do if they can't turn a profit for even one season? Not profiteering is not an option! The shvitzers are the ones who are really in control. Look what they manipulated here! Sure, some of roshei mosdos will give you a bunch of mumbo jumbo about some crazy kanoyishe hashkofos they are driven by, but at the end of the day what driving this herculean effort is gelt for the shvitzers.

Good to know not to send to Romimu even when there's no pandemic. How can any sane parents trust Pfeiffer with their kids after this?

  7. Camp Romimu's slogan is "the camp that cares"

It seems that not everyone agrees however

    https://www.campratingz.com/reviews/3513/Summer-Camp-Romimu.html

Pfeiffer treats the staff like trash and only cares about money. Nothing is done about bullying here in camp. Zero recognition is given to counselors and they work so hard only to get paid literally nothing. The specialty staff like the lifeguards are treated so bad it’s disgusting.

    staff r treated like garbage

you get treated like a piece of garbage when you go there, and it's even worse when you're staff. Pfeiffer is money hungry and a real nasty guy and their mindset towards the staff and campers are just dollar signs. I hate this camp.

Romimu counselor & alleged molester Nosson Shapiro who became a lawyer & sometimes filled in for Rosenblatt's shiur when the yeshiva was in Sea Gate, davens in Sassregen Flatbush & Lichtenstein's which was taken over by grandson Doniel Kleinman who is a Shmuel Kaminetzky groupie

Someone asks in the comments why Treff & Hersko are doing business with Shapiro. Funny question! Treff was arrested as the crooked lawyer falsifying documents for the heimishe mortgage scam of Bentzi Frankel from Monostritch where they looked bdavka for gullible Shvartz victims to fleece of their life savings. And Hersko's wife is a notoriously shady lawyer who is daughter of Prodfather Mendel Epstein.

Then there is some commentary of a molester going into Shaar Hatorah Queens. Although Bryks lives mamash right there, there is a comment ages ago on UOJ that the Queens molester was working in the yeshiva, initials "DL", who is described as a "shoel umayshiv type". Same accuser says Rabbi Meiselman is protecting a molester at Toras Moshe Israel.

  9. No cause for Agudah Fresser celebration6:14 PM, June 26, 2020

Judge Sharpe just poskened on shuls & outdoor chuppas, etc, in a smart way that's a shtoch of sorts to Cuomo-de Blasio and I think it's meduyek in the ruling that he will rule against the Fressers on overnight camps. The Fressers may still gloat over this like a bunch of immature shoytim that they 'beat' Cuomo.

There is of course still a problem with anything he's mashveh to phase 2 because it's still too early to open most places up safely, but he wasn't asked to posken on that.

  10. For the shuls lawsuit the Agudah Fressers were huddling with the Thomas More Society which is staffed by galochim & the like. Thomas More from circa 1529 was canonized by the Vatican as one of their so called saints.

When is Chaim Dovid Zweibel gonna start wearing a cross already when he hobnobs with these chevra?

Camp Romimu's alleged molester Nosson Shapiro said to be first cousin of Romimu Fresser owner Shlomo Pfeiffer

and there are 2 Shlomo Pfeiffers in Romimu, the other was a division head when this was first blogged

Shmuel Kaminetzky talmid Rabbi Rosenblatt was telling people that Shapiro was doing teshuva. Oh well, at least Rosenblatt is more honest than his rebbi who said Kolko had already completed doing "teshuva"

  12. Rabbi Meiselman is nephew of Rabbi J.B. Soloveitchik.

In the 1960s there was a strange ger, an older bachelor affiliated with YU, who led a children's group on Shabbos which was under YU auspicies & on YU property. He was molesting the children. A YU bochur at the time who is a rosh yeshiva today told me that someone 'very high up' covered up the molestation. I could not get exact details out of him except that if it was not Rabbi J.B. himself it was someone who was not much lower in rank.

  13. A very old post in the early blogosphere accuses the guy who owned the vending machines in late 1970s Mirrer yeshiva of molesting the little kids who would wander down from upstairs.

I remember whoever owned the machines a decade later. Don't know if it was the same guy. In my days he was a nice guy and no nonsense. He would come to refill the machines & immediately leave. I did once catch however one of the Polisher shkotzim from the kitchen suddenly grab a handsome little pre-school boy who had wandered down, lift him off the ground and start giving him wet kisses all over his face. It was pretty disgusting actually. The goy had suspiciously looked around before he made his move. I was the only other person in the dining room having come for a quick drink and he didn't see me. When he put the boy down he finally saw me & looked like he was going to have a heart attack from fear. I was naive at the time, thinking it was just inappropriate, didn't know it was an illegal act.

Then a tekufa started that the dining room was almost always occupied by a bunch of heimishe lowlives from Boro Park & Sea Gate who were not accepted to yeshiva but came every day to hang out and tell everyone for shidduch purposes they learned in yeshiva. One of them was MBD's son Yeedle Werdyger who was later arrested in Israel as a child rapist but the whole thing was covered up by the Gerrorists in the Knesset. Some of these lowlives were so pathetic that they were even lying to their own parents that they had been accepted to yeshiva. One day we had a good laugh. A bochur who was later from the chashuvei Brisk was asked by his mother if he knows some heimishe bucher learning in yeshiva, she is friends with his mother. He told her there is no such guy in yeshiva. He asked me if there was a za bucher that he had somehow missed. I told him I think he is one of those zeros who sits in the dining room on the ground floor of the yeshiva ketana building where they have a daily bull session while fressing food from yeshiva that they don't pay for. And when R' Shmuel comes in to take a look he never says a word to them because it's better not to be goress them. Meanwhile my friend's mother comes back from conferring with her friend again. She's like oh I asked my son how come my friend's son doesn't know who you are. He farentfers that "I learn in one of the advanced chaburos upstairs for senior bocherim."

There was no such thing for him or for anyone else!

  14. Demented Heshy Tischler is now running around Brooklyn removing NYPD barricades from streets, daring the Mayor to have him arrested. Why is de Blasio afraid of this weirdo who is a convicted criminal? It's currently a one man show, as at least so far, the Fressers have not given the wink to Simcha Felder, Simcha Eichenstein & Kalman Yeger to join in this latest round of anarchy like when they joined Tischler in breaking open park gates.

We now know who the real Rabbi Dr. Aaron Glatt is, so please stand down.

Shlomo Pfeiffer is going around telling everyone that he got Glatt on board as the first doctor to sign off on the overnight camp death traps. And then all the doctors who had been refusing until then to validate the "bubble" fraud saw Glatt sign so then they all rubber stamped after him. The Yated printed this a week ago. Glatt had one stipulation of no staff or guests over the age of 50. So if Glatt already made a 95% mockery all by himself without help from anyone else, I guess there goes the remaining 5%, because what? You don't really believe that 50+ Pfeiffer is not going to be on hand to micromanage his own camp, do you?

And someone needs to get this Yated interview to UOJ because Pfeiffer is either a pathological liar or delusional or both! While Pfeiffer bashes Cuomo, one of his "gems" to the Yated is that children with the virus are "not contagious"

  16. The most active & psychopathic advocate out there to bash victims & their supporters was outed one day. Based on several criteria that matched exactly and especially because there is only one person going around screaming that rabbonim & askonim he doesn't like are "WORSE THAN HITLER!" which he started duplicating online in vandalizing the comments sections of some blogs. While he has dozens of targets he despises, calling them "apikorsim / shkotzim / not zoyche to kvuras Yisroel / moridin veloi maalin, etc.", he has made a career out of bashing UOJ & Yudel Shain as the pair he hates the most.

He slowed down a lot when first outed. It was also interesting that when he was called out as a hypocrite that his father was convicted & disbarred for embezzling clients money, he was quick to make excuses & had an intimate knowledge of the defense's back & forth with the courts.

He is Kew Gardens resident Yanky Ribowsky who "learns" in a fake Eastern Queens "kollel" in the morning as the only yungerman but when not conducting a bull session for an audience of one or two is constantly stepping out to furiously type blog comments into his phone. Then he leaves to be afternoon shift OU mashgiach at West Side Kosher in the Bronx.

His father is Vice-President of Bais Yaakov Queens & mechuton of child rapist Ephraim Bryks.

Something got into Yanky a couple weeks ago, maybe he's off his meds, that he completely freaked out with almost hourly postings to blogs of dozens of angles how to bashmutz UOJ. And then a couple days ago he started attacking other victim advocates with false accusations that they are themselves molesters who use victim askonus as a cover up for their own crimes.

  17. Has Gov. Murphy lost his mind?

Or was he terrorized that Agudah Fresser shlock shammass Avi THE FERD Schnall was threatening to sit on him?

Murphy released a 100 page guide to open schools in which every single safety precaution is voluntary, disguised by code words such as "where possible" or the even more lame "should be encouraged" / "should be considered".

We know that the goyishe schools will exercise all or most of the precautions. Why are Yiddishe kinder the only ones to be made korbanos thanks to Philly's deadly fantasies with anti-vaxx & pro-corona, hijacking most of the oylam through Agudah-Torah Ohn a Mesorah?

    CDC:

Among all 2,572 COVID-19 cases in children aged <18 years, the median age was 11 years (range 0–17 years). Nearly one third of reported pediatric cases (813; 32%) occurred in children aged 15–17 years, followed by those in children aged 10–14 years (682; 27%). Among younger children, 398 (15%) occurred in children aged <1 year, 291 (11%) in children aged 1–4 years, and 388 (15%) in children aged 5–9 years. Among 2,490 pediatric COVID-19 cases for which sex was known, 1,408 (57%) occurred in males; among cases in adults aged ≥18 years for which sex was known, 53% (75,450 of 143,414) were in males. Among 184 (7.2%) cases in children aged <18 years with known exposure information, 16 (9%) were associated with travel and 168 (91%) had exposure to a COVID-19 patient in the household or community.

Data on signs and symptoms of COVID-19 were available for 291 of 2,572 (11%) pediatric cases and 10,944 of 113,985 (9.6%) cases among adults aged 18–64 years (Table). Whereas fever (subjective or documented), cough, and shortness of breath were commonly reported among adult patients aged 18–64 years (93% reported at least one of these), these signs and symptoms were less frequently reported among pediatric patients (73%). Among those with known information on each symptom, 56% of pediatric patients reported fever, 54% reported cough, and 13% reported shortness of breath, compared with 71%, 80%, and 43%, respectively, reporting these signs and symptoms among patients aged 18–64 years. Myalgia, sore throat, headache, and diarrhea were also less commonly reported by pediatric patients. Fifty-three (68%) of the 78 pediatric cases reported not to have fever, cough, or shortness of breath had no symptoms reported, but could not be classified as asymptomatic because of incomplete symptom information. One (1.3%) additional pediatric patient with a positive test result for SARS-CoV-2 was reported to be asymptomatic.
