The Orthodox Jewish Community Ganged Up On The Governor By Suing Him Because He Wanted To Protect You From Yourself - He Knows You Are Careless And Reckless ---- Don't Expect Sympathy!

Governor Andrew Cuomo announced on Tuesday that he plans to meet with Orthodox Jewish leaders to address the clusters of COVID-19 in their communities “downstate.”

“I’m going to be meeting with religious leaders of the Orthodox community and local officials,” Cuomo told reporters. “If you look at those clusters and you look at those zip codes, you will see there’s an overlap with large Orthodox Jewish communities. That is a fact. I will be meeting with them to talk about it.”

“This is a public health concern for their community,” the governor stressed, adding, “It’s also a public health concern for surrounding communities. I’ve said from day one, these public health rules apply to every religion, atheists – it just applies to every citizen of the State of New York, period.”

According to Governor Cuomo, “We have seen hotspots before, but this is probably the largest cluster that we have addressed before, and the clusters are Brooklyn, Orange, Rockland. The activity in the cluster is very different than what’s going on in the rest of the state. That’s actually good news in some ways because you have effectively identified the genesis of the potential growth of the virus. Once you have the information, you aggressively target these clusters. These are embers that are starting to catch fire in dry grass. Send all the firefighting equipment and personnel to those embers and stamp out the embers right away. That’s what this data does. Local governments are the first line of defense and they must respond. Competent government must do compliance and enforcement. A cluster today can be community spread tomorrow.”

According to the NY Daily News, NY State’s worst “cluster” is in the mostly-Satmar town of Kiryas Joel in Orange County, where 19% of the tests Monday came back positive. Two other areas, in Rockland County, had 10% and 9% rates. In some Brooklyn and Queens neighborhoods, the rates are around 5%.

NYC Mayor de Blasio on Tuesday cited the clusters of coronavirus in Brooklyn and Queens and vowed that the city will enforce the strict wearing of masks and other steps in those hot spots, which include Gravesend/Homecrest, Midwood, Kew Gardens, Edgemere/Far Rockaway, Borough Park, Bensonhurst/Mapleton, Gerritsen Beach/Homecrest/Sheepshead Bay, and Flatlands/Midwood.

According to the Daily News, the outbreaks in Orthodox Jewish neighborhoods, as well as other parts of Brooklyn and Queens, have by now pushed NY City’s infection rate to 3.25%, after months of successfully keeping the rate at around 1%.

“This is an inflection point,” Mayor de Blasio said. “We have to take more action at this point and more serious action and we will be escalating with each day depending on what we see happening on the ground.”

The Governor noted that 20 hotspot ZIP codes on Monday reported a 5% positive rate. Areas that have high positive rates will be subject to focused testing efforts including access to rapid testing machines. These ZIP codes include:

  2. The City doesn't have anywhere near the real percentages. And NJ's report of 27% infected in Lakewood is also an undercount.

How are you supposed to count the infected when the Agudah Fresser dictators are ordering them through the yeshivos to not go to doctors?

Zweibel & Schick placed their Fresser op-ed, further antagonizing de Blasio, in the NY Daily News.

That grubba tabloid was recently sold by meshumod Mort Zuckerman (married to a shiksa & who wanted to have his cake & eat it, always chalishing to be head of a national Jewish org), to the Tribune Co, which is controlled by hedge funder Heath Freeman. Freeman bankrolls the Freeman center for Jewish life at Duke U, named al shmoi, with his handpicked "rabbi" who interned at the toyevanik "shul" in Greenwich Village, Beit Simchat "Torah".

Actually, the new 'improved' Agudah has been much in favor of homos ever since Kolko in the 1980s.

Bust the clusters: What Cuomo and de Blasio must do to stop a second COVID wave

    By DAILY NEWS EDITORIAL BOARD
    NEW YORK DAILY NEWS
    SEP 30, 2020

Gov. Cuomo and Mayor de Blasio learned the hard way this spring that even a week’s delay deciding to issue stay-at-home orders in response to climbing COVID-19 cases likely cost thousands of lives. So both must act decisively — and in a coordinated way — to contain growing coronavirus clusters in 11 New York zip codes.

We won’t mince words, as political leaders often do: The clusters are centered in ultra-Orthodox Jewish neighborhoods including Brooklyn’s Williamsburg, Midwood, Borough Park, and in Spring Valley, Monsey and Kiryas Joel in Rockland and Orange counties.

If a temporary lockdown in affected zip codes is necessary, better to move soon — no matter the blowback.

Cuomo scoffed at New York City’s supposed failure to demand social distancing compliance from college kids and bar-hoppers. Who will he send into Monsey, Spring Valley and Borough Park, and what will be the consequences of defiance?

  6. Chabad & Agudah Fresserism, the two closest things to Judaism

  7. Good link, chaver!

Rivky Slonim: "Boruch Hashem, there are so many resources today that made it possible for me to take baby steps in the direction of learning Gemara."

I spent the last sixty years learning Gemara and I am still a newbie at that. Slonim tells funny stories about their rebbes and women who learned with them. What else did they do besides "learning"? What about the passage in Sotah: ר״א אומר כל המלמד בתו תורה לומדה תפלות? Talmud requires the special thinking pattern which takes years to master, not just the vocabulary to learn. So she is still taking her "baby steps"...

  9. Gedolei HaDor Say Covid-19 Has Created This New Opportunity For Sukkot 2020

Covid 19 has caused thousands of financially Independent Jewish families in Eretz Yisrael to become impoverished: on the verge of starvation and homelessness. The Gedolim have become overwhelmed with the increasing cries for help.

Out of deep concern for the urgency of the situation, 28 leading Rabbanim, including Rav Chaim Kanievsky shlita, the Belz Rebbe shlita, the Viznitz Rebbe shlita, Rav Yaakov Hillel shlita, Rav Dovid Cohen shlita and Rav Baruch Mordechai Ezrachi shlita, convened a special Beis Din with the power to make emergency decrees. The results were the establishment of an emergency fund and the drafting of the Shtar of Life with bold blessings for finances, health, the ability to make simchas and yeshuos to all those who help. To back up their words, they have signed binding contracts which they will mail to all who partner in this mitzvah.

The ‘Shtar Chaim’ reads as follows:
“28 of Gedolei Yisrael sign this Shtar- a Shtar of Life for those who donate for the special fund ‘Vehasiroty Machaka MiKirbecha.’ We opened this fund in Vaad Harabanim in Eretz Yisroel, to save the sick and their families, to heal them and strengthen them for all of their days.
(Donors) should bez”H see great salvations everywhere they need. They should save them and the people in their house from all disease, measure for measure. They should merit to make simchas in their house, have nachas from their offspring, with health and financial success in abundance.”

ORTHODOX LEADERS SAY THEY DON’T TAKE ORDERS FROM ORANGE COUNTY

    September 30, 2020

An uptick in COVID cases in Orange County is blamed on a mass gathering at a synagogue in Kiryas Joel.

Satmar Headquarters boldly posted photos showing thousands of followers attending services without masks or social distancing. Just weeks later, Orange County saw a sharp increase in COVID hospitalizations. Before the services, the county was reporting an average of 5 hospitalizations. On Monday it was over 20.

Orange County Executive, Steve Neuhaus, says the increase in hospitalizations is directly related to the orthodox community in Palm Tree. In an interview with The Boris & Robyn Show on 101.5 WPDH this Wed morning, Neuhaus expressed his frustration. He says not only has there been an increase in COVID infections in the orthodox community of Palm Tree, but it's now made it's way to the rest of the county. Neuhaus claims day laborers & other residents that work in Palm Tree have brought up infection rates in places like the City of Newburgh. More infections are blamed on orthodox who spread disease by shopping in surrounding communities.

The Orange County Executive's office served papers on Satmar, ordering them to cease large gatherings & follow state guidelines. Leaders of the orthodox defiantly replied they only answer to "God & Andrew Cuomo."

Gov. Cuomo said Tues he'll meet orthodox leaders to explain why they need to follow rules.

The Orange County Executive has audio recording of the orthodox response, saying they only listen to God or Cuomo, and will release them to the media.

  11. Rabbi Berl Lazar is Vladimir Putin’s confidant whom he even sent to Donald Trump. He is also a hardened criminal. There is a video from a birthday party showing him blessing Mark Milgotin (aka Marik), a notorious Russian racketeer and extorter, who (being Jewish) was an important member of Lazar’s Russian Chabad. If you have ever watched “The Godfather,” you may think it’s another spinoff: Mafia bosses in one of the most luxurious hotels of Moscow, horny shiksas around ugly Jewish hoodlums, Catholic priests, sorry, rabbis, endorsing the Evil. My Russian is rather poor (to say the least), so I would appreciate anyone penning down what exactly Lazar said in his harangue:

    BERL LAZAR BLESSING MARK MILGOTIN!

  12. How Low will they go?5:47 PM, October 01, 2020

What chutzpah! Satmar paraphrasing from Tzioni Menachem Begin that they only bow to G-d. Sholom who once learned in Brisk would know that as the Rov ztl called Begin the vilda meshugenna fun der gass, referring to Begin's childhood behavior. Begin's father was gabbai of the Rov's shul in the Heim.

And Cuomo aint falling for that false flattery after Satmar illegally operated their summer camps in cahoots with the Fressers. And a bunch of Satmar rabbonim condemned Cuomo in a public letter after making up phony kehilla identifiers, hoping it wouldn't lead back to Satmar.

Philly must be mighty proud of their homeboy Pinny Lipschutz for publishing this crackpot conspiracy garbage on his Matzav site from the Meshichist nut in Passaic. The Lubav is attacking the Passaic-Clifton Vaad as not anti-medical establishment enough, when that Vaad is, if anything, stacked with a bunch of Agudah tools.

  15. In the fairytale promoted by Agudah Fresser Avi THE FERD Schnall, the number of positive cases in Lakewood is directly tied to the increased number of tests being done, as if that somehow makes acceptable the 20% explosion in cases over the last two weeks.

    https://www.gannett-cdn.com/presto/2019/12/02/PAPP/f56f3372-bbc0-4d32-8879-c07bf87a0046-96427c19-4c3e-488e-8e6a-5c362b4e9b70_thumbnail.png?width=660&height=371&fit=crop&format=pjpg&auto=webp

The most telling part left unsaid is that if community members had received, were encouraged to and abided by the simple protocols of limiting gatherings, wearing masks & socially distancing, None of this would be happening.
