Why Not Scar A Child For Life Over Some BOZO "CODE"?

Against school code: Girl suspended from haredi school after celebrating Bat Mitzvah

The school claims the party went late, the songs at the event were not from the approved list, and several male relatives were present.

Hadar, a 12-year-old student at a haredi school in Ashkelon, was suspended after, according to the school, her Bat Mitzvah celebration violated school policy. According to Kan News, since then nearly two weeks, the school administration has not allowed her to return to class.

According to the girl's mother, the event was organized per the school's strict code, with strict kosher supervision and a female photographer, DJ, and waitresses. She says the trouble began in the middle of the event when the Hadar's friends began to leave early. "During the party, there was a commotion because the party was supposed to end at 9:30 PM. I explained the problem to the assistant principal that I already had invited people for a specific time, and I couldn't change it. The whole point of having a party for only girls is so her classmates could come."

Hadar recounted, "I was sad, I cried, I told my friends the principal wouldn't do anything, don't worry, stay. Some said, 'You're right,' they stayed, and some left."

Two days later, Hadar, a sixth grader at the Netzach Israel school in Ashkelon, received a letter notifying her that she would not return to class until her mother signed the letter admitting that she was wrong. According to the school, the party continued past the accepted time, the songs played at the event were not from the approved list, and several male relatives, including Hadar's father and grandfather, were present.

The school's principal claims that "the girl's mother keeps refusing to sign the letter she received after she violated several articles of the school's code."

The Ashkelon Municipality stated: "It was made clear to the student's mother that she can return to school, but she chose not to." (LIE)

On yesterday's thread there was a comment about freya, menuvoldik CNN executives. CNN were also a bunch of self-hating anti-Israel Jews until Zaslav bought it but now it's falling apart & might get sold back to that bum Jeff Zucker who was thrown out for protecting the Cuomos & having an affair with a shiksa underling.

I blame the parents. Why are they begging this school to take their daughter? The purity of Torah? This supposed purity is worth destroying her self-esteem and confidence? Send her to a better, less religious school and let her shine.

Reported at the time in the NY Post: Little arrogant baldy Zucker decided to tell his wife that he's dumping her for his CNN shiksa mistress - at the 1st night Rosh Hashana seudah!

These cultists are real Neanderthals. Their lifestyle has zero to do with religiously. It all has to do with power and control of their rabbis. Advice to young people: Get out while you can, before it’s too late!

There is no simple answer to this. There is an unfortunate nevuah that many of the frumma mosdos before Moshiach will be hijacked by imposters in rabbonishe levush (a Chazal no longer extant which is brought down by the Gr"a, the Besh"t & the Toldos Yaakov Yosef).

I have personally struggled with it. But the Moderner institutions are no panacea either that come with their own ainam hagunim & huge problems.

One really annoying issue with the frumma mosdos today is even ones that would otherwise be a pleasure to deal with have outside interference from the Agudah Fressers who are applying micromanagement from their Philly hegemony. This is incredible how Philly have hijacked the entire Agudas Fressers & Torah ohn a Mesorah apparatus. And the hijacking occurred after Brisk called out Philly as "Reshoyim" who Bnei Torah should have nothing to do with and a Philly co-conspirator was put in cherem by R' Chatzkel Roth's beis din. Philly itself would be in cherem now from 100s of rabbonim who signed against them except that Philly pretends to have been choizer from their marbeh mamzerus rishus - which they actually were not.

Here is my take on chinuch in the USA today ---

With the Orthodox modern, you know what you're getting, while there is some krumkreit, they are willing to make amends when they become aware.

The chareidisher, left, right and center...there is NEVER an admission of krumkeit, they hang on to it and hope there is no revenue losses.

TU - was hijacked unfortunately, Dr.Joe Kaminetzky knew exactly what he was doing, today's board is run by every crackpot with a few dollars and the RYs they control!

Shvache amends. YU is still fighting the victims of their high ranking molesters who preyed on students for decades.

Another huge issue is that the Modern Orthodox of today bears no resemblance to Old School Modern Orthodox. The vast majority of MO teens are mechalel Shabbos & have beliefs that are the worst sorts of kefira as a result of the failed leadership. Many MO leaders who are supposedly middle of the road are pioneers of toyeva propaganda & of other immoral aberrations. This includes both the YU Mashgiach Ruchni Blau & YU rosh yeshiva Marc Penner. MO has become Militant Feminist to the point of joining Philly mamzerus schemes. Hershel Schechter is part of this Feminist problem. MO are pushing a particular peeve of UOJ - improper gerus - especially in Israel where they are much more shamelessly open about their intentions & where big name recognition MO rabbis have been caught falsifying legal documents. Not only do many "mainstream" MO rabbis want female clergy but at least half of the OU's RCA membership are sympathetic in general to the Open Orthodox koifrim, either openly or in the closet.

If there was ever a dor yasom!

We have to somehow shield our kids until they are old enough to get to the last little bastions of sanity & morality.
