Every generation has its television ban.
These guys never miss an opportunity to look foolish! With every ban, all realize how out of touch with the real world they are!
Each ban is a quiet endorsement of the previously banned technology.
The ban on TV meant radios were now okay because the struggle against them had been lost. The ban on the internet legitimized TV. Now AI means non-AI internet use is tacitly okay,.
And let's not forget the attempt by the Chofetz Chaim Foundation/Yeshiva endorsing a ban on the telephone in the late 1940s-early 1950s.
