There was a problem with her RNC briefing but Rudy didn't specify if it was the Venezuela angle or the hardware-software tandem or the data transfer to Germany. Nor was it specified if she was lying or being megazem or not having enough proof.
I don't think Rudy would say a blatant lie & he had some pretty big revelations himself that indicate massive frauds by the Democrats.

I don't think I've previously seen such a legal argument. The Fressers are banging on the door of SCOTUS that they want to sue Cuomo, because even though Cuomo cleverly moved restricted yeshivos into an unrestricted zone where yeshivos may open, Cuomo COULD in the FUTURE reimpose restrictions.
I wonder if even a regular court might say to come back when the question is more than theoretical, never mind the extremely busy Supreme Court who even listen to less than 1% of petitions.
